Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Fasla Cloud. Using the service means you accept what is written here.
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of the Fasla Cloud platform at https://app.fasla.cloud and the website at fasla.cloud.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Who you are contracting with
- Legal name
- Fasla Cloud
1. What we provide
Fasla Cloud provides a workspace for running WhatsApp conversations: a shared inbox, contacts, sales pipelines, campaigns and automation. The service runs on a subscription.
We do **not** resell WhatsApp messages and we are not an intermediary in their billing. Connecting your number, and complying with WhatsApp’s policies, is your responsibility.
2. Your account and your responsibility for it
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must give us accurate details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for the team members you grant access to your workspace, and for what they do.
- You must have a lawful basis for contacting every number you add — we do not review your contact lists and cannot know where they came from.
Messaging numbers that never agreed to hear from you is not only against Meta's policies — it is the fastest way to get your number banned, and that is a ban we cannot lift.
3. Free trial
The trial is 14 days with full features and no card. When it ends, the account locks until you subscribe — your data remains and is not deleted simply because the trial expired.
4. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions renew for the agreed period. If payment is late, the account may be suspended until it is settled.
A suspended account blocks access to the interface, but does **not** delete your data.
5. Refund policy
The service is digital and activates on purchase, so **payments are non-refundable**.
The 14-day free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the product before paying. Use it.
This applies to the platform subscription only. WhatsApp message charges are governed by Meta’s policies; we are not a party to them and cannot refund them.
6. WhatsApp message charges
You attach your own payment method to your own WhatsApp Business account, and Meta bills you directly for messages at its published rates.
Fasla Cloud collects nothing for messages and adds no margin to them. Any cost estimate shown inside the product is **indicative**, based on Meta's published rates, which Meta revises on its own schedule.
The invoice you pay Meta is the authority. Any figure we show is an estimate, not a bill.
7. Acceptable use
A separate document sets out what is and is not permitted on the platform, and it forms part of these terms. Breaching it is sufficient grounds for suspension.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Downtime can happen for maintenance or because of failures at external providers — chiefly Meta, whose outages stop delivery regardless of the state of our platform.
We may add, change or retire features. If a core feature is retired, we will tell you in advance.
9. Ownership
The platform, its code and its design are ours. Your subscription grants a right to use, not ownership.
Your data and your customers’ data are yours. We claim no ownership over them and use them for nothing but running the service for you.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for Meta banning your number, for lost profits arising from a third-party outage, or for the content of the messages you send.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account — the procedure is on the Data deletion page.
We may suspend your account if you breach these terms, the Acceptable Use document, or Meta’s policies, or if your use endangers the platform or other users. Other than in serious cases, we will tell you and give you a chance to put it right.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after it does means you accept it.
